Regional Representative Players together with a number of identified players will be invited to apply for this programme. Applications will be sent out later this month, closing date Friday 7 October.
Umpires and Regional Coaches will also be invited to take part.
 
The aim of the High Performance Programme is to:

• Provide two weekly sessions to compliment personal off  and pre-season programmes
• Allow participants to identify areas that need to be worked on e.g. core strength, nutrition, psychology, fitness, etc…
• Provide the opportunity for Regional Coaches to observe players
• Exposure of players for possible selection to Lois Muir Challenge Squad

 
The programme will run across a number of venues and locations within the Counties Manukau Region and will commence on Wed 26 October 2011. The format will be similar to the 2010/11 programme.
 
Cost:            $95 (includes Training t-shirt).
This will be invoiced to successful applicants on confirmation of their acceptance to the programme.
